1.  TV Tonight! Tonight you need to park it front of your TV for the season premiere of Breaking Bad and the series premiere of Political Animals.

  • CBS has new Big Brother tonight at 8.
  • NBC has a Dateline NBC from 7-9.
  • ABC has a new Secret Millionaire at 8 followed by Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition starting at 9.
  • On cable, TNT rounds out its full night of Sunday TV with the return of Leverage tonight at 8 followed by new Falling Skies at 9 and The Great Escape at 10; Discovery gets investigative with the two hour special, Mermaids: The Body Found at 9; A&E has new The Glades at 9 and Longmire at 10; HBO has new True Blood at 9 and The Newsroom at 10; Breaking Bad’s season five begins tonight at 10 followed by the premiere of Small Town Security at 11; Food Network premieres 3 Days to Open with Bobby Flay; and much anticipated series premiere of Political Animals at 10 (to 11:30) on USA Network.

2.  Comic Con 2012 Saturday Recap. Yesterday was a big day at the Nerd Fest. Check out what happened on Glee, Once Upon a Time (with the season 2 trailer below), True Blood (see the trailer for the rest of Season 5 which aired at the panel, below), The Vampire Diaries,

3.  Comic Con 2012 Sunday. Final day of the convention. Check out the the schedule here and the best panels (according to us) presenting today:

  •  10:00-11:00 Fringe Screening and Q&A (its the last season, time to get excited, right?)
  • 11:15-12:15 Supernatural Screening and Q&A (the cast is going to be there which is probably reason enough to check this panel out)
  • 12:30-1:30 BBC America’s Doctor Who  (I don’t know, people love this show …)
  • 2:15-3:15 Buffy Turns 20: Celebrating 20 Years of Buffy the Vampire Slayer  (Once More with Feeling, bitches)
  • 2:45-3:45 Sons of Anarchy (again, people, LOVE this show and the cast will be on hand …)
  • 3:30-4:30 The Nerd in the Classroom: Sci-fi as an Educational Tool (because, who doesn’t want to learn based on Sci-fi?)
  • 4:00-5:00 15 Years Since Philosopher’s Stone: Harry Potter Fandom in 2012 (not TV related but a fitting way to end the Nerdfest after 4 1/2 days of awesome!)
