1. TV Tonight! Other than Common Law, I suggest you find your TV fix with U.S. Olympic Trials or DVR’d material.
- NBC turns its coverage over to U.S Olympic Trials all night with swimming from 8-9 and then gymnastics from 9-11.
- On cable, USA Network has a new Common Law at 10; SyFy has the season finale of Insane or Inspired at 10; and Nat Geo has the series premiere of Chasing UFOs with two episodes at 9 and 10. For some inexplicable reason, BBC America is airing Die Hard 2 from 9-midnight?!?
2. CW Fall Premiere Dates! Since we are fairly certain we’ll be covering Arrow in the Fall, we are particularly excited about Wednesday nights on The CW.
3. In his first official foray back into TV since LOST, Damon Lindelof has signed on to develop a show, The Leftovers, based on a book of the same name by Tom Perrotta. The show will follow a group of people left behind after the Rapture has chosen its righteous.
