1. TV Tonight! Check out the encore of Breaking Pointe at 8 and then, I guess, Mobster Confessions on Discovery at 9.
- NBC has a whole new night of programming with US Olympic Trials (Swimming) at 8, America’s Got Talent at 9 and American Ninja Warrior at 10.
- Fox has new Hell’s Kitchen at 8 and MasterChef at 9.
- ABC has two hours of The Bachelorette starting at 8 followed by Glass House at 10.
- On cable, Discovery has the premiere of a new show, Mobster Confessions at 9 and 9:30; ABC Family has a new The Secret Life of the American Teenager at 8 and Bunheads at 9; and Sundance has a new episode of Push Girls at 10.
2. Kids and Comic-Con. In case yu’re taking the kids to San Diego in a couple of weeks, Variety has a good run down of the various cartoons which will have panels at the Geek Summit. Personally, I’d wait online for Phineas and Ferb and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles reboot.
