1. TV Tonight! SYTYCD heads to Vegas, Dallas is back and SyFy has a new spooky show!
- CBS has a new Dogs in the City at 8.
- NBC has the special, Justin Bieber: All Around the World from 8-9.
- Fox has the Vegas Round of So You Think You Can Dance from 8-10.
- ABC has new Duets from 9:30-11.
- On cable, TNT has new Dallas at 9; Comedy Central has the hour long season premiere of Futurama starting at 10; USA Network has new Royal Pains at 9 and Necessary Roughness at 10; and SyFy has a new Haunted Collector at 9 followed by the series premiere of School Spirits at 10.
2. Series Promotions! Brian Dietzen (Jimmy Palmer) has been promoted to series regular for NCIS‘s upcoming season 10 while Emilie de Ravin (Belle) has been made a series regular in Once Upon a Time‘s upcoming season 2; which is not surprising given the Rumpelstiltskin storyline at the end of last season. In other LOST alumni news, Mark Pellegrino (Jacob) will have a recurring role on Grimm’s upcoming season 2.

3. Comic-Con 2012 News. Community will have a panel at the nerd fest next month while ABC drama, Castle will not. Elsewhere, more people will get to see the Game of Thrones panel with the show’s promotion to Hall H, the equivalent of rock star status at a Comic-Con.
4. Stars Earn Stripes has announced its celebrity cast and its not as dreadful as you’d think.
