1. TV Tonight! Tonight is a slow night for the TV, read a book or watch the Breaking Bad marathon on AMC in the dead of the night.
- NBC has new Love in the Wild at 10.
- Fox has the Tuesday night edition of Hell’s Kitchen at 8 and MasterChef at 9.
- ABC has Game 4 of 2012 NBA Finals with the Kimmy Kimmel pre-game show starting at 8.
- CW has new The Catalina at 8.
- On cable, TNT has new Rizzoli & Isles at 9 and Franklin & Bash at 10; Discovery has new Deadliest Catch at 9 followed by After the Catch at 10; and Lifetime premieres Bristol Palin: Life’s a Tripp at 10 (with a new Dance Moms before it at 9).
2. Fox Fall Premiere Dates! Other than Fringe, nothing here really has me excited, though I am looking forward to The Mindy Project and the return of New Girl.
3. Television Critics’ Choice Awards Winners! Congratulations to Community, Claires Danes, Bryan Cranston and Homeland.
4. Arsenio Hall is returning to the late night talk show arena next year. Will there be a Dog Pound? Will they have funny names every night? Who cares, its good to have you back Arsenio!
